RICSAR  To Serve so that others may live.

Brian White has been a long standing member of RICSAR.  He
is an experienced dog handler and has provided many hours
of dedication, particularly as being a volunteer “subject.”  
Brian is a certified and working EMT, goes to college full time
and even with his busy  schedule, always finds time to help
our group in many ways.  We would not be where we are
today without Brian’s contributions.
