Fisher is a male German Shepherd, born on October 15, 2005. Fisher , and his handler, Andrew Handfield, are currently certified by the
Rhode Island State Police, and the International Police Work Dog Association, in wilderness air-scent searches. Fisher is currently training to become a Human Remains Detector dog.
Andrew is a member of Rhode Island Canine Search and Rescue, and also the Rhode Island Urban Search and Rescue, with his other K9, Bella.
